The new museum, which has been obtained from the ex-convent of the Leopoldine order and, through 300 masterpieces of the 20th-century Italian art, goes over on: De Chirico, Carrà, Morandi, De Pisis, Casorati, Depero, Fontana, Vedova and Rosai. A 2.0 museum thanks to the multimedia technologies accompanying your visit.
In the Grand Dukes’ rooms. From the Uffizi to Arezzo: masterpieces chosen from the Medici collections
The Exhibition in the Grand Dukes’ rooms was born from the collaboration between the Ivan Bruschi’s Foundation, that is managed by Banca Etruria, and the Uffizi Gallery. From the Uffizi to Arezzo: masterpieces chosen from the Medici collections, and this exhibition has been put in the series “La città degli Uffizi” (“The Uffizi City”), planned by the Gallery Director Antonio Natali, and meant to liven up the cultural summer of Arezzo.

LES 400 COUPS - Un film di François Truffaut
Odeon Florence, in cooperation with the Cineteca of Bologna, presents a night event with one of the most important films of cinema history: THE 400 BLOWS, a manifesto film belonging to the Nouvelle Vague and made in 1959 by François Truffaut. It is embodied by the face of a young boy, Jean-Pierre Léaud, who became from that moment on the symbol face of French cinema.
Women as Protagonists of the 20th Century
On the occasion of the thirty years after the Foundation of the Costume Gallery of Palazzo Pitti on 12nd November 2013, they opened an exhibition including the total and new organisation of the museum dedicated to “WOMEN AS PROTAGONISTS OF THE 20TH CENTURY”.
