The “Azienda Agricola Podere Jana Antico Frantoio” of Vinci, is located in Poggio San Marcello, on the (asphalt) road to Faltognano - Municipality of Vinci (Leonardo’s birthplace), 3 km from the village (every type of shop and restaurant), nearby the little village of Vitolini (food shops) and only 7 km from Empoli, a Renaissance town which has considerably developed from the industrial, trading and tourist perspective through any kind of facilities, and is perfectly connected to Florence and Pisa by railway, travelling for about half an hour.

From the A1 Autostrada del Sole, exit to Florence – Signa and go on along the highway for Pisa (S.C.G. FIPI- LI) up to the exit Empoli Est. The same exit must be taken for those coming from Pisa. Follow the road signs for Vinci/Vitolini (via Carmigiano). Once you have passed the hamlet S. Ansano – found on the hills – you reach a junction with a devotional stone, where you find the village Quattro Madonne, then follow the sign to Faltognano, keeping the Madonnina statue on your right side and, after about 800 metres, on the top of the slope you find a gate: you have arrived at PODERE JANA. The road is completely paved.
