  • The best time ever! Rented out the whole villa for a family reunion. Each family had their own suite. Very clean & Tuscan. The caretakers were VERY ACCOMODATING! Had two meals catered ... wish we had done a couple more...well worth the expense! Stayed for a full week. Hated to leave. Took day trips to Florence, Siena, Pisa & San Gimignano. Great location. Pool came in very handy with the summer heat. Planning on returning.

  • We went to Podere Jana (apartment gisella) on two occasions, in July 2006 and in July 2008. The apartment was superb, spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool was very nice. There is a jacuzzi, a barbecue area and a table-football available for guests. Podere Jana is within an hour and a half drive from Florence. Its location allows you to visit many tourist attractions in the region.

  • We stayed here a few years ago with a group of friends. Each family had their own apartment in this 14th Century Villa. As others have mentioned, we had an endless pizza party outside all pizza's made in the outdoor stone oven. Had another amazing dinner for 50th Birthday celebration, the food was outstanding! The views were unbelievable, the drive once you got off the main roads to this place were like you were in a movie. We plan to go back someday. We went to Rome first, then stayed here a week and went on to Venice. Took a few day trips to Pisa and Lucca, another day went to Sienna. Magnifico!
