Discover the several housing solutions of Podere Jana, a holding divided into eight wonderful apartments where you find seventeen bedrooms fitted with care and capable of hosting up to thirty five-forty people: so no problem if you travel in a group, as in this old Tuscan holding there is room for everybody.

Podere Jana is completely restored with full respect of the traditional architectural style, and here you can admire the stone façade, the door and window cornices and the serena stone stairs, the antique tiles of the roof – which is anyway ventilated through modern techniques, the classic fired brick (terracotta) interior floor, the chestnut, oak and cypress wood ceiling rafters, the tenuous colours of the wall plaster and the original frescos of some ceilings. Every apartment has kept some “fragments” of history that make it unique and different from the other ones.

All the apartments are equipped with air conditioning and there are neither boilers nor cookers: this choice is aimed at ensuring your safety and comfort. The kitchens are equipped with electric cookers and centralised hot water, whereas the heating is fitted with effective fan coils. In every accommodation, you can find a complete kitchen fitting, a complete bed linen, a complete bathroom set (towels and amenities with shampoo and shower gel), telephone; satellite television is available on request.
